How to ask for deletion

The controller of your data is PRO‑INVEST HOUSE sp. z o.o., ul. Stanisława Kunickiego 7/7, 54-616 Wrocław — the company that owns the ROOMPLACE brand and the roomplace.pl website. We accept requests for data deletion by e-mail. If you ask for it in a conversation in a messenger, we will give you this address.

• Write an e-mail to nila.sepita.proinvest@gmail.com with the request “Please delete my data”.
• Tell us where you wrote to us (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok, Viber, phone or the form on the website) and the account name or phone number you wrote from — only so that we can find your data.
• If we are not sure that the request comes from you, we will ask you to confirm it, for example with a message from the same account.
• We will reply without undue delay, at the latest within one month of receiving your request.

What we delete

• the full text of your messages in our enquiry system, including text from voice messages;
• your code (pseudonym) and all labels linked to it;
• the identifier of your account in the conversation with us on Messenger or Instagram (PSID or IGSID), if we keep it;
• data about your moving out, if you lived with us;
• your other data that we keep, for example a request from the form on the website and conversations in our CRM system. If the law requires us to keep some of the data, we will tell you which and why.

What remains

Only total numbers in the statistics remain in our system (for example, “40 enquiries about a room in October”), from which you cannot be identified.

The conversation stays in the messenger itself until you or we delete it. Encrypted backups with your code disappear by themselves within 30 days.

Signals that we have already sent to Meta or TikTok are kept and deleted by these platforms under their own rules. We will not send any more signals about conversations and requests that we have deleted.

If you write to us again, the new conversation will be a new enquiry. If you do not want your messages to be analysed or signals about you to go to Meta and TikTok in the future, add this to your request — then we will keep only your code on the exclusion list so that the system skips you.

Who can ask

Anyone can use this right, whatever the country they live in. Deleting your data costs you nothing.
