2. What roomplace.marketing is

3. Connecting a TikTok account
3.1. Only the TikTok account of our company is connected, and only by an authorized employee, through TikTok Login Kit.
3.2. With the account owner's authorization the application uses these TikTok permissions:
- user.
info. basic — the account's identifier and display name, so that our staff can see which account is connected; - portability.
directmessages. ongoing — a regular export (at most once a day) of that account's direct messages through the official TikTok Data Portability API, so that enquiries sent to us on TikTok can be counted.
3.3. The application only reads data. It never posts content, sends or replies to messages, follows accounts or changes anything on TikTok.
3.4. Access can be withdrawn at any time in the TikTok app, on the "Manage app permissions" page (Settings and privacy → Security & permissions), by removing roomplace.
4. How TikTok data is used and protected
4.1. Messages are used only to register and count enquiries: whether a message is an enquiry about renting a room in Wrocław, through which channel and campaign it came, and how quickly we answered.
4.2. We do not sell TikTok data, do not share it for advertising and do not use it to make decisions about individual people.
4.3. Data is stored in the European Union (Cloudflare, EU database). Message texts are encrypted and deleted 90 days after the message was sent. Names and account identifiers of the people who wrote to us are replaced with a pseudonymous code; codes and their labels are kept for 2 years after the last contact and then only total numbers remain. The export file received from TikTok is processed at once and is not kept as a file.
4.4. Message texts may be labelled automatically (for example "enquiry about a room") by Anthropic Ireland, Limited as our processor. Anthropic does not use these messages to train its models and deletes them within 30 days.
4.5. Access tokens for TikTok are stored encrypted and are used only to request the export. When access is withdrawn, the tokens stop working and we delete them.
4.6. Legal bases, recipients and all rights of the people whose data we process are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Deleting data
Anyone who wrote to us on TikTok (or anywhere else) may ask us to delete their data. Send an e-mail to nila.sepita.proinvest
6. TikTok's terms
The use of TikTok data through this application is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. If they differ from these Terms regarding TikTok data, TikTok's terms prevail.
7. Availability and liability
The application is provided for our internal business purposes "as is". We do not guarantee that it is always available. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from its use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law.
8. Changes
We may change these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.
