A place in a shared room — from 800 zł a month. And it is not just a bed: utilities, internet, a washing machine, an equipped kitchen and help from our manager are already included.

How much it costs
A place in a room for three or four people
from 800 zła month
Shorter stays are possible too, for at least four nights: from 250 zł for four days.
A place in a double room
from 950 zła month
We rent this room only as a whole: you pay for both places. For at least a month.
A private single room
from 1500 zła month
For at least a month.
The price does not depend on the address or the district — so you can choose the district by how easy it is to get to work or university.
Why “from 800 zł” is a fair price
The bills are already included.
This amount covers utilities and internet. When you rent a flat, these bills are often paid separately, on top of the rent.
You can move in right away.
A bed with bed linen, a kitchen with dishes, a washing machine and a clothes dryer are already there. You don't need to buy or connect anything.
Repairs are on us.
If something breaks through normal use, our technical team repairs or replaces it at no extra cost. Our manager helps with everyday matters.
“From” is the lower limit.
Our manager will tell you the exact amount for the chosen option and length of stay before you pay.
Good to know before you pay
- Deposit — from 250 zł. It is refundable. You pay it when you check in, or earlier to reserve a place — but not earlier than 7 days before you arrive.
- Extra charge for a short stay. If you stay for less than two months, we add a small extra charge. Our manager will tell you how much it is.
- House rules instead of a contract. There is no contract to sign: when you check in, you sign the house rules with all the rules of the home, and you get a receipt for your payment. Read the house rules

Ask for the exact amount
Tell us the address or district, the number of people and your arrival date — our manager will give you the amount for your option. We speak Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English.
