Welcome to Roomplace.pl! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to PRO-INVEST HOUSE sp. z o.o., operating the Roomplace.pl platform, website, and mobile/social media applications — including our TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram integrations. Roomplace.pl provides room rental services across Wrocław, Poland, targeting labor migrants, students, and young professionals.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, website (roomplace.pl), and any applications we operate. By using our services — including browsing our website or interacting with our social media accounts — you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.


SECTION 1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. To use our services, including browsing our listings or submitting a booking inquiry, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or sell access to your account to any third party.


SECTION 2. OUR SERVICES

Roomplace.pl, operated by PRO-INVEST HOUSE sp. z o.o., offers short-term and long-term room rental and bed-in-room rental services in Wrocław, Poland. Services are offered to individuals, groups of workers, and employers seeking accommodation for employees.

We strive to accurately represent all listings, including photos, prices, and availability. However, actual room appearance may differ slightly from photos due to device display settings. We do not guarantee that descriptions will meet all expectations.

All listings, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.


SECTION 3. BOOKINGS AND ORDERS

Submitting a booking inquiry or reservation request constitutes an offer to rent. Roomplace.pl reserves the right to accept or decline any request at its discretion. A booking is confirmed only after we have explicitly confirmed acceptance and received payment.

You confirm that accommodation is requested for personal residential use only and not for commercial subletting.


SECTION 4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Polish Złoty (PLN) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in advance. A security deposit (kaucja) may be required and varies by property.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price applicable to your booking is the one in effect at the time of confirmation.

Prices listed online may differ from prices offered through other channels. Promotional rates are subject to separate terms.


SECTION 5. HOUSE RULES AND CONDUCT

All tenants must comply with our House Rules, which include:

  • No smoking, drug use, or alcohol consumption in shared premises.

  • No actions that disturb other residents.

  • Minimum rental period: 7 days for shared rooms; 1 month for private rooms.

  • Pets are not permitted.

  • Children aged 7 and above are permitted with prior arrangement.

Violations of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.


SECTION 6. TIKTOK AND SOCIAL MEDIA APPLICATIONS

Roomplace.pl operates social media accounts including TikTok (@roomplace.pl), Instagram (@roomplace.pl), and Facebook. We use automated tools to monitor comments and inquiries on these platforms in order to respond to potential tenants efficiently.

By commenting on or interacting with our social media content, you acknowledge that:

  • Your comment or message may be processed by automated AI classification tools for the purpose of lead qualification and customer service.

  • Your username and message content may be stored temporarily for internal business purposes.

  • We will never sell or share your social media data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • You can request deletion of any stored data by contacting us at the email below.

Our TikTok integration uses TikTok's official API and complies with TikTok's Platform Terms of Service. We access only publicly visible comments on our own content for the purposes of customer service and lead management.

SECTION 7. AI-POWERED FEATURES

Roomplace.pl uses AI-powered tools to assist with comment classification, customer inquiry routing, and automated notifications. These tools process publicly available comments and messages submitted to our social media accounts.

AI tools are used solely for internal business operations and do not make automated decisions affecting your rights. You may always contact us directly for assistance.


SECTION 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Roomplace.pl website and social media accounts — including text, images, videos, logos, and branding — is owned by PRO-INVEST HOUSE sp. z o.o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our platforms without our prior written consent.


SECTION 9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Our website and social media accounts may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Shopify). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

We are not responsible for personal belongings left on our premises unless they have been explicitly checked in for storage.


SECTION 13. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our services or platforms:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

  • To transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited promotional content.

  • To impersonate another person or organization.

  • To scrape or extract data from our website or social media accounts without permission.

  • To interfere with our AI tools, monitoring systems, or platform integrations.


SECTION 14. AUTOMATED AGENTS

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Wrocław, Poland.
